Steamed Clams on the Grill

I am in love with this recipe!!  I came across it in the Food Network magazine and knew I needed to try it.  I made it the other night for one of our Ott Hollister family dinners… and it was a hit!

This recipe truly is a delicious and easy recipe perfect for any summer night!  You could serve it over pasta or gather around, family style, and eat it straight from the tin foil (like we did)!  Be sure to serve with yummy, crusty bread so that you can soak up the amazing broth.  Can’t wait to make them again!
