My friend Amanda is getting married!!!  Amanda and I met in Aspen 6 years ago where we spent the winter as Ralph Lauren girls and ski bunnies.  She is one of the kindest, most thoughtful and sweetest people I’ve ever met and I am so happy that we’ve remained friends over the years.  Her lovely sisters, Jessie & Erika, organized the all time greatest bachelorette trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.  There were 11 of us and we had the best time.  We relaxed in the sun during the day and ate delicious food and enjoyed some cocktails in the evening and we did that on repeat for 4 days!  Arrriba!!

Here is the lovely bride to be! Amanda being serenaded! Victor came by every morning with fresh coconut juice!After we finished our juice, he came back to cut them open so we could eat the coconut meat.  He topped it with lime juice and chili flakes.  It was so delicious and refreshing.

The sunsets were amazing every night! Amanda – it was amazing.  Your family is so loving and your friends are so sweet and so much fun!  I  cannot wait till the wedding!!! Only 5 weeks away.  Eeek!
