Tim came up with the cutest poem about Milly & Grace and it’s a twist on a Christmas classic. It was featured on the Nantucket BlACKbook earlier this week, but I wanted to share it with our readers.

Lausanne Christmas Market

It certainly is beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here in Lausanne. And I am just loving it! There are lights and Christmas trees going up, there is usually a light snow dusting every morning, and the Christmas markets have officially started! We have been seeing the booths being set up for weeks now but it didn’t open until last weekend! So, we took a study break and headed down there one night for some hot wine, raclette (a traditional Swiss dish of potatoes drenched in raclette cheese!), and waffles for dessert as we wandered through the market looking at what each booth had to offer. And I may or may not have picked up a few Christmas gifts for my family!

I just love the holidays! Don’t you??

A Nantucket Thanksgiving

A Nantucket Thanksgiving is just the best! I always spend Thanksgiving on Nantucket because it is a busy busy weekend in the shop!! This year Steve’s family came down for the holiday. It was truly a blast! Most of the photos were taken by my sister in law, Samantha. A big thank you to her for documenting the weekend!!

The day after, I headed to the shop for Black Friday shopping and the rest of the crew went to the beach for some target practice. I was totally jealous. Hate to miss out on all the fun!
